E Glass Fiber Thermal Insulation

E-glass fiber thermal insulation is High-density E-glass fiber converted in to specially processed E-glass fiber needle mat and inorganic binder combined by rolling process to produce solid high and consistent performance, Low thermal conductive, Completely non-combustible, Unbreakable but adequately elastic, Reusable Thermal Insulation.

Product

  • E Glass Fiber Insulation Pipe Sections and Boards are Inert Technical Textile Material converted by using Mechanical Needle Punching, Rolling in to layers and drying to form Rolled Product with Inorganic Binder with a final product density of 200 Kg/M3.
  • Suitable for temperature ranges up to 750 oC (continuous 650 oC).
  • Available in Pipe Sections available for 0.5” NB to 44” NB diameter in any thicknesses in two pieces and beyond 44” NB diameter in 3 pieces with uniform thickness. Boards are available in 20 mm onwards thickness with 1 m x 1m dimensions
  • Completely non-combustible thermal insulation with world-renowned third-party certifications.
